Gambling self-exclusion in Oregon
Self-exclusion in Oregon: one of the two programs on record can enroll you. Oregon: sports betting through the Lottery's mobile account, run by the Oregon State Lottery. First step: Open the responsible gaming tools in your sportsbook account. We hold no published route into the other one; it is named below with what it covers. None substitutes for another, and this is not everything in Oregon.
Reviewed 2026-09-17 against official sources. Every fact below links to the agency that published it. How we check facts.
We list what we've confirmed. If a casino isn't here, we haven't found its program yet. That doesn't mean it has none.

Before you count on it. Oregon runs no statewide list; this is an account setting and nothing else. No exclusion route for video lottery terminals has been found. The Lottery's own code does not say terminal play is anonymous. The durations come from the operator's multi-state page, and the Oregon menu behind the login has not been reviewed. Resident and visitor eligibility is not established. No confirmation mechanism is published; check that the account shows the exclusion as active. Opening the settings page does not confirm enrollment. | ||||||||

How we checked
These are the kinds of gambling we checked. The list may not include every way to gamble in the state.
Oregon has no statewide self-exclusion list of any kind. The Lottery, the Health Authority's problem gambling services and the Racing Commission don't keep one. The only options are inside individual betting accounts. The Lottery's mobile sports betting product must offer self-exclusion inside your account, and every licensed advance deposit wagering hub must let an account holder ask for one, three or five years or a lifetime. We found no way to exclude yourself from video lottery terminals, Oregon's biggest gambling product by revenue. Every option we found works through an account, and terminal play has no account route. The Lottery's responsible gambling code doesn't say terminal play is anonymous. We haven't looked at draw and scratch games yet. Tribal casinos are the other big place to gamble, and we don't know yet whether they offer self-exclusion. Eight responsible-gaming pages we could reach list helplines only, and one site wouldn't load. A search may still turn up a self-exclusion page on a retired Lottery sports betting site. That site no longer loads, so don't rely on it. We checked the official sources linked on this page, not every gambling option in the state. We don't know yet whether people who live outside the state can use these programs.
How Oregon's programs fit together
Oregon has no statewide list, and the only self-exclusion we found works inside a Lottery sports betting account or a horse-race betting account, one account at a time.
Other programs we know about, with no details yet:
- Oregon advance deposit wagering account self-exclusion (per licensed hub): advance deposit wagering accounts at licensed hubs — not a list: every licensed hub must let an account holder request self-exclusion, but the Commission publishes no form or recipient and each hub runs its own mechanism. Some hubs publish a route on their own multi-state pages (for example TVG and Horse Play), but none is confirmed for Oregon, so this plan holds no route to request it yet We have no record of its requirements yet.
What we know about each one
These are two unrelated account settings, run separately by the Lottery and by each horse-betting hub, and neither reaches the other. We haven't found a way to exclude yourself from the gambling most Oregonians do, at video lottery terminals and tribal casinos. Each program listed here is a separate sign-up. Signing up for both still doesn't cover every way to gamble in the state.
