Use the self-exclusion page in your existing Dabble, Underdog Fantasy, PrizePicks or Splash Sports account. In Dabble, select the option to also exclude from the other participating operators. If you have no account with these operators, this route does not give you an account-free way to enroll. Do not open a gambling account to use it. NVSEP’s own sign-up portal does not offer Utah.
