Gambling self-exclusion in Wyoming

Self-exclusion in Wyoming: you join one list. Wyoming: online sports betting, horse racing wagering and skill games, run by the Wyoming Gaming Commission. We list what we've confirmed. If a casino isn't here, we haven't found its program yet. That doesn't mean it has none.

Before you count on it. Resident and visitor eligibility is not established. The portal's actual field list sits behind its sign-in and has not been reviewed, and no confirmation mechanism is published; ask the Commission how you will know your exclusion is active. The certified letter Wyoming sends answers a removal request, not an enrollment. Requesting a sign-in code or starting the application does not confirm enrollment.

How we checked

These are the kinds of gambling we checked. The list may not include every way to gamble in the state.

Wyoming has a statewide program run by its gaming regulator, and it is narrow and online-only. It covers online sports wagering, pari-mutuel wagering including off-track and historic horse racing, and skill-based amusement games. Wyoming moved to a shared national platform in December 2025 and retired its paper forms. The Commission told us in writing on October 2, 2026 that it "only utilizes the NVSEP portal for self-exclusions", so the NVSEP website is the way in, and there is no mail, email or in-person route. Removal isn't automatic and takes three steps. You file the request through the NVSEP website, the Commission's Responsible Gaming Liaison mails you a certified letter confirming it arrived, and then you call the Commission to complete it. That certified letter answers a removal request. Nothing says Wyoming acknowledges an enrollment. Tribal casinos are outside the program because the sports wagering rules leave Indian Lands out of the Commission's authorized geography. We found no exclusion procedure published by the tribal casinos, and we haven't confirmed whether they have one. We haven't assessed the state lottery, fantasy sports or charitable gaming, so we don't know whether any of them has an exclusion program. Commercial land-based casinos don't apply: the Attorney General's review of the statutory exceptions lists none. The only self-exclusion rule text is in the sports wagering chapter, so coverage of pari-mutuel and skill-based games rests on the Commission's own page and the platform's state page. We checked the official sources linked on this page, not every gambling option in the state. We don't know yet whether people who live outside Wyoming can use this program.

How Wyoming's programs fit together

Wyoming has one online sign-up, through the NVSEP website, that covers online sports wagering, horse racing wagering and skill-based amusement games.

What we know about each one

Wyoming has one program, so there is nothing to combine. It covers everything the Commission regulates. The lottery, fantasy sports, charitable gaming and the tribal casinos sit outside it. This one sign-up doesn't cover every way to gamble in the state.

These are the primary sources this page is built from: agency program pages, statutes, regulations and the forms themselves. How we check facts explains what each label means.

If you also gamble outside Wyoming

State lists stop at the state line. Some casino companies' own bans reach their properties elsewhere, and each program above says what it covers. If you also travel to nearby states to gamble, check their pages too:
