Arkansas: BetSaracen online sportsbook self-exclusion, and Saracen Casino Resort's Self-Limit Access Program

Casino operator Run by Saracen Casino Resort (Quapaw Nation-owned, licensed as a non-tribal Arkansas casino under Amendment 100), Pine Bluff.

Two separate controls at Saracen Casino Resort, Pine Bluff. BetSaracen, the online sportsbook, takes a self-exclusion inside your account, for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years or permanently. The casino's Self-Limit Access Program cancels promotional mailings, Players Club privileges and check cashing for as long as you choose, but Saracen publishes no enrollment address, email or line for it, only the resort's main number.

Reviewed 2026-10-24 against official sources. Every fact below links to the page it came from. How we check facts.

What it blocks

Saracen's own page describes a 'Self-Limit Access Program' that cancels access to promotional mailings and casino services such as credit, Players Club privileges and check-cashing 'for as long a time period as they desire.' Saracen also operates the BetSaracen online sportsbook, which the page separately describes as offering configurable daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — a separate control that applies to BetSaracen only. BetSaracen's own terms (ar-betsaracen-terms, section 28.3) add an in-account self-exclusion of 1, 3, 5, 10 years or permanent; no source says the Self-Limit Access Program itself reaches BetSaracen. Saracen sits on non-tribal land under an Arkansas casino gaming license per Amendment 100 (one of exactly four county franchises); it is not a tribal-compact facility despite its ownership.

Self-exclusion programs do not all block the same things. Here is what the official rules say about each one.

What Arkansas: BetSaracen online sportsbook self-exclusion, and Saracen Casino Resort's Self-Limit Access Program blocks
What it could stopAnswerWhat the source says
Entering the propertyNot confirmedThe reachable page text describes cancelled services (credit, Players Club, check-cashing) and states no physical entry ban; the page was read in full on 2026-10-01.
Betting and winningsNot confirmedNot addressed in the reachable text.
Credit, check cashing and rewardsConfirmedCancels credit and check-cashing privileges.
Online playNot confirmedSaracen's page says it "offers self exclusion on both the online sportsbook and retail casino operations," and that BetSaracen deposit limits "apply to BetSaracen only." BetSaracen's terms (section 28.3) give an in-account self-exclusion of 1, 3, 5, 10 years or permanent. That is a separate BetSaracen control. The Self-Limit Access Program's own text names promotional mailings, credit, Players Club and check-cashing, and does not mention the sportsbook, so no source says one request covers both.
Marketing and mailingsConfirmedCancels access to promotional mailings and Players Club privileges.

How to enroll, how long it lasts, and the sources

Terms you can choose

'For as long a time period as they desire' — no fixed durations are stated, unlike Southland's 1/5-year/Lifetime options.

When it ends

Not verified.

You choose how long the self-limit runs, but no source describes what happens at the end of that period, or whether any removal request is needed.

How to enroll

Self-exclude in your BetSaracen account.

In your BetSaracen account, open the self-exclusion setting and choose 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or permanent. Section 28.3.2 of BetSaracen's terms says that once you confirm it, you can't shorten or remove it. If you have no BetSaracen account, skip this and don't open one. For the casino, Saracen publishes no enrollment route, so the call to (870) 686-9001 is how you ask.

  1. If you have a BetSaracen account, open its self-exclusion setting and pick 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or permanent. Once confirmed, it can't be shortened. A permanent exclusion never ends. For help, BetSaracen lists help@betsaracen.com and 870-953-2082.
  2. If you don't have a BetSaracen account, skip that step and don't open one.
  3. For the casino floor, call Saracen Casino Resort at (870) 686-9001 and ask for the Self-Limit Access Program by name. Saracen publishes no form, address or line for it. Write down who you spoke with and what they told you.

Before you count on it. BetSaracen's terms describe a self-exclusion from the online sportsbook. No source says whether it reaches the casino's Self-Limit Access Program, or whether the casino program reaches BetSaracen, so set up each one yourself. The casino program has no published enrollment route; (870) 686-9001 is the resort's main number. Saracen's page publishes no entry ban, cash-play restriction, residency rule or removal process for the casino program.

Every route we checked

Routes that enroll you

  • Route — The self-exclusion setting in your BetSaracen account (online sportsbook)
BetSaracen's terms, section 28.3.1: "If You elect to self-exclude directly within the platform, You will be required to select a self-exclusion duration." The choices are 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or permanent, and 28.3.2 says a confirmed period "is irrevocable". This is BetSaracen's own control; no source says it reaches the casino's Self-Limit Access Program.

Routes that get you a form or an answer, not an exclusion

  • By phone — (870) 686-9001, Saracen Casino Resort general line
Saracen's general contact number; not confirmed as a dedicated self-limit enrollment line.
