Gambling self-exclusion in New Hampshire
Self-exclusion in New Hampshire: four of the five programs on record can enroll you. New Hampshire: NH Lottery iLottery account, run by the New Hampshire Lottery (iLottery account tools, NH Lottery Support). First step: Set self-exclusion in your NH Lottery iLottery account. New Hampshire: sports betting through your DraftKings account. First step: Open Self-Exclusion in your DraftKings Sportsbook account. It continues until you request removal. New Hampshire: Games of Chance rooms, one facility at a time. First step: Send Gate City Casino its self-exclusion form by certified mail. New Hampshire: online racing accounts, one provider at a time. First step: Self-exclude with each racing account you hold. We hold no published route into the other one; it is named below with what it covers. Apart from the overlap noted below, none substitutes for another, and this is not everything in New Hampshire.

We list what we've confirmed. If a casino isn't here, we haven't found its program yet. That doesn't mean it has none.
Self-exclusion programs in New Hampshire 4

Asking a program for a form or an answer does not enroll you.

| New Hampshire: Games of Chance rooms, one facility at a timeState regulator Run by New Hampshire Lottery & Gaming Commission (rule-setter); enrollment obligation sits with each individually licensed Game Operator Employer (GOE) facility. | By mail Send Gate City Casino its self-exclusion form by certified mail. | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Confirmed | Not confirmed | |
Before you count on it. This is one facility's form, not a New Hampshire list. State rules require every licensed Games of Chance facility to honor a self-exclusion request, but there is no statewide or cross-operator list, and the Commission says a person would have to contact each facility. The Commission does not list which facilities also run video lottery terminals or historic horse racing machines. How a Gate City exclusion ends is not established from the sources read. Whether someone living outside New Hampshire may enroll is not established. | ||||||||
| New Hampshire: NH Lottery iLottery accountState regulator Run by New Hampshire Lottery (iLottery account tools, NH Lottery Support). | Online Set self-exclusion in your NH Lottery iLottery account. | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | |
Before you count on it. This is an account setting, not a statewide list. New Hampshire law requires a statewide self-exclusion database, and as of October 1, 2026 it has not been built. The Lottery's article does not say what happens when your months end, how fast the exclusion takes effect or whether you get anything in writing, so check that your account shows it before you rely on it. A My603Rewards drawing you entered before excluding cannot be won during the exclusion, and the points are not refunded. Whether eligibility depends on where you live is not established. | ||||||||
| New Hampshire: online racing accounts, one provider at a timeState regulator Run by New Hampshire Lottery & Gaming Commission (rule-setter); enrollment obligation sits with each individually licensed ADW provider. | By phone Online Self-exclude with each racing account you hold. | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | |
Before you count on it. Each provider is separate. None of their pages has New Hampshire-specific rules, and none says an exclusion at one reaches another. The Commission's ADW@lottery.nh.gov address takes general questions about these accounts; it is not published as a way to self-exclude. Check that each account shows the exclusion before you rely on it. Whether eligibility depends on where you live is not established. | ||||||||
| New Hampshire: sports betting through your DraftKings accountState regulator Run by New Hampshire Lottery & Gaming Commission, Division of Sports Wagering; enforced through DraftKings as the Commission's sole contracted mobile/retail sports wagering agent. | Online Open Self-Exclusion in your DraftKings Sportsbook account. | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Until you ask to lift it | |
Before you count on it. The New Hampshire screens themselves sit behind sign-in, so we could not see them directly; the term menu and removal rule above come from the Commission's written answer, not a page we read ourselves. Processing time and confirmation are not published. Check that your account shows the exclusion as active before you rely on it. Whether eligibility depends on where you live is not established. | ||||||||
Gambling types in New Hampshire
One self-exclusion list rarely blocks every kind of gambling. Here is what we found for each type of gambling in this state.
| Gambling type | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|
| tribal casinos | No program foundWhat we checked: Federally reported Indian gaming operations as listed in the NIGC Gaming Tribe Report (Sorted By State) updated 2024-12-10. A statement about that report on that date, not an independent survey of New Hampshire tribal status.WhyThe federal NIGC Gaming Tribe Report (Sorted By State), updated 2024-12-10 and checked again 2026-10-01, lists 29 state sections (AK AL AZ CA CO CT FL IA ID IN KS LA MI MN MS MT NC ND NE NM NV NY OK OR SD TX WA WI WY) and has no New Hampshire section. A search of the report text for "New Hampshire" or the state code finds nothing. This establishes that no federally reported tribal gaming operation was listed for New Hampshire as of that report date. It does not cover operations opened since, and it is not a statement from the State or a tribe. RSA Title XXIV (chapters 284, 287-A through 287-J) contains no tribal-compact language. | 1 source

How we checked
These are the kinds of gambling we checked. The list may not include every way to gamble in the state.
New Hampshire has no working statewide self-exclusion program yet, though a 2025 law requires one. The law, in effect since July 1, 2025, requires the Lottery & Gaming Commission to set up a central self-exclusion database for all legal gambling, through an agent chosen by competitive bid. As of October 1, 2026, the Commission's Bids and Proposals page listed no request for proposals. In March 2026 it said it expected to issue one in summer 2026 and pick a vendor before the end of the year. We found no agent, and no page we read offers a way to sign up for the database yet. What exists today is self-exclusion run separately, one account or venue at a time. The NH Lottery's own iLottery account has a Self-Exclusion tool for one, three or six months. DraftKings, the Commission's only sportsbook agent, says in its New Hampshire terms that account holders may self-exclude. Each of the six licensed advance deposit wagering providers publishes its own route. Of thirteen licensed Games of Chance facilities, Gate City Casino in Nashua publishes a form you send by certified mail or hand delivery. We found no route for the others. The Commission itself says a person would have to contact up to 14 charitable gaming facilities, 20 fantasy sports companies, the advance deposit wagering companies, and the iLottery and sports betting agents. The fantasy sports, bingo and Lucky 7 rules say nothing about self-exclusion, and that doesn't prove no option exists. No source says whether you have to live in New Hampshire to sign up for any program. We checked the official sources linked on this page, not every gambling option in the state.
How New Hampshire's programs fit together
New Hampshire's statewide list is required by law but hasn't been built, so for now you sign up separately with the iLottery account, DraftKings, each horse-betting app and each Games of Chance room.
Where they overlap. One DraftKings self-exclusion covers both its sportsbook and DraftKings Racing: DraftKings says submitting it excludes you from every DraftKings product, in all locations. It does not reach the other five racing-account providers.

Other programs we know about, with no details yet:
- New Hampshire Voluntary Statewide Self-Exclusion Database (RSA 284:6-d): a future cross-category database mandated by RSA 284:6-d for all forms of legal gaming; as of October 1, 2026 no request for proposals is listed, no agent is selected and no enrollment channel exists We have no record of its requirements yet.
What we know about each one
Each program here is a separate sign-up, with one overlap: one DraftKings self-exclusion covers both DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings Racing. The NH Lottery's iLottery account, DraftKings, the six licensed advance deposit wagering providers and the Games of Chance facilities each keep their own list, so you'd need to contact each one. Only the iLottery tool, the Gate City Casino form and the DraftKings steps have published instructions. The Commission's Director of Sports Betting confirmed the DraftKings steps in writing on October 22, 2026. The rest say an option exists without giving steps, or publish nothing we found.
