Ban yourself from a betting app
Most betting apps let you self-exclude right inside your account settings. Pick the app you use to see where to go, how long you can block yourself, and how it ends. For stronger protection, pair an app ban with your state’s self-exclusion list too.

Your state’s list is separate
Banning yourself inside an app only blocks that one app. Your state’s self-exclusion list is a separate program with its own form, and combining both gives you much stronger protection.
Even one phone call or form makes a real difference when an urge hits. Our free plan gathers the forms for the states you pick, tells you which ones need a notary, and keeps track of what you finish. The letters it writes are filled in from your details. Everything stays in your browser, with no account.
