Underdog — self-exclusion from your Underdog account
The company’s own exclusion Run by Underdog Sports, LLC.
Underdog lets you self-exclude for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or for life, from Responsible Gaming Limits in your account. It cannot be removed or shortened. Tennessee's regulator also lists support@underdogfantasy.com as a way to ask; Underdog itself does not say so. Underdog's pages do not say whether one exclusion covers fantasy, the sportsbook and Underdog Predict together, or whether it reaches any state list.
What it blocks
- Online play. "Once you confirm your Self-Exclusion, you will be signed out of your account and unable to sign back in until the exclusion period has expired." Fantasy terms: an excluded user "may not open another Account, deposit any funds, enter any Fantasy Contest".
Terms you can choose
Help article: "These periods can be set for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or lifetime." The sportsbook terms give the same list. The fantasy terms list "3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and 10 years" and no lifetime; which menu a fantasy account shows today is not established.
When it ends
Not verified.
"You cannot remove a Self-Exclusion. You will be unable to access your account until the exclusion period has expired." Whether access returns on its own when a timed period ends, or needs a request, is not stated. The sportsbook terms call lifetime a permanent exclusion.
How to enroll
Open Underdog’s self-exclusion steps.
You self-exclude inside your signed-in Underdog account. The help page shows where. Opening it changes nothing.
- Sign in to Underdog.
- Tap the account tab (the person icon), then Responsible Gaming Limits.
- Switch to Exclusion, set a length and save. It cannot be removed or shortened.
- Write down the date and any confirmation you get.
Before you count on it. Keep the state steps in your plan. Whether this reaches your state’s own list depends on the state, and most apps don’t say.
Every route we checked
Routes that enroll you
- Online — Underdog app or website, signed in: account tab (human icon), Responsible Gaming Limits, Exclusion
"Head to the account tab in the top right (the human icon) / Select Responsible Gaming Limits / Toggle to Exclusion / Set your desired length of self-exclusion and Save". The help center opens in a browser. - By email Not verified — support@underdogfantasy.com
Only Tennessee's Sports Wagering Council calls this a self-exclusion route: "Patrons can self-exclude via the app or website ... or email support@underdogfantasy.com." Underdog's own fantasy terms name the address only for help finding the setting. Whether Underdog accepts an emailed request outside Tennessee is not stated, so this is not recorded as a confirmed route nationally.
Requirements and sources
Sources read 2026-10-05. These are the program's requirements, not a record of anyone's enrollment.
- What it covers
- Not verified: An exclusion locks the Underdog account: "Once you confirm your Self-Exclusion, you will be signed out of your account and unable to sign back in until the exclusion period has expired." Underdog publishes separate fantasy and sportsbook terms with different exclusion menus, and nothing read says whether one exclusion covers fantasy, Underdog Sportsbook and Underdog Predict together, or applies in every state. Underdog does not say its exclusion places you on any state list; its North Carolina sportsbook terms point you to the state Lottery Commission's own list as a separate step.

- Marketing and mailings
- Not verified: The sportsbook terms' North Carolina section says self-excluded individuals "will not receive any advertising, marketing, or branding for sports wagering." Nothing read states a marketing stop for fantasy or for other states.
